I price based on outcomes, not hours. You’re paying for a working system — not for my time sitting in meetings. The Build Sprint has a published starting price because the scope is standardized. Everything else is custom-quoted after a free discovery conversation where I learn your situation and tell you honestly what it would take.
I don’t do unpaid pilots. I don’t do vague “let’s explore” engagements. Discovery calls are free. Work is not. That clarity protects both of us.

Because the Build Sprint has a standardized scope — 2 weeks, one problem, one deliverable. The other services vary significantly based on your situation. An Extended Build for a single integration is very different from one connecting five systems. I’d rather give you an honest quote than a misleading range.
No. I price by outcome. You know exactly what you’re paying before work begins. No surprise invoices, no scope ambiguity, no billable hour incentives to stretch the work out.
We handle it with a change order. If you want to add something that wasn’t in the original scope, I’ll quote it separately. No surprises — you approve before I build.
The standard terms are 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. For larger Extended Builds, I can structure milestone-based payments. We’ll work it out in the scoping conversation.
We lock scope before I start building. You approve the plan. I build exactly what was agreed. If something isn’t working as specified, I fix it — that’s included. I don’t ship half-finished work.
Three reasons: I’m based in Aroostook County, Maine (40–60% lower overhead than Boston or NYC). I work solo with a contractor network (no office, no middle management). And I run my own AI infrastructure instead of paying cloud API costs. Those savings go straight to better pricing for you.
